What if the received material fails to match the agreed specification?
All material requirements will be confirmed before production. Independent third-party material test certificates are supplied with precious metal goods upon dispatch. If you find the delivered material inconsistent with agreed standards, we will actively negotiate satisfactory solutions including remanufacture or replacement.
